Everything in one place, so our call can be about you, not me reading terms out loud.
Maxionlabs runs cold email for B2B companies. Next we're niching down into specific industries and adding more outbound channels. As we niche down the job gets easier, and it gets easier still as you get better at it.
Our emails get business owners to reply, sometimes with "sounds interesting", sometimes with an objection. You call every reply except auto out-of-office messages and clear nos, and the clearly positive ones go first.
You close the gap once they reply. You're the first person I'm hiring, and the setter desk grows with every client we sign. The first setter trains the next ones, runs the desk, and can become head of the department. The vision is a $10M outbound lead gen company, and that takes a lot of setters.
We stay small on purpose, though. Revenue per employee is a REALLY important metric for us: a few sharp people, high-paying clients, heavy AI use. If you want a job where you're a number on a call center floor, this isn't it.
You don't sell and you never talk price. The client's team runs the meeting and closes.
An AI agent answers the email replies. You're the human on the phone. Before you dial, read the thread so you know what the agent already said and don't repeat or contradict it. If someone already booked through the email, your job is the confirmation, not a second booking.
a week, Monday to Friday
the same window every day
US Eastern, we pick your window together
Clients never manage you. If a client has a comment about a meeting you set, it comes to me and I talk to you. You never take instructions from a client directly.
First 2 weeks I check every booking. After that, a 45-minute call each week: we listen to your calls together and practise the objections you got.
A US phone number, a live call sheet with every reply in order, and a one-page card for each client.
A quiet room, a headset, a laptop and stable internet.
Every extra pickup is another meeting for you. Here's what we put behind your calls.
The first three keep your base. The last two are how we know it's working.
| Speed to lead, inside your shift | median under 5 min |
| Every reply | called the same day |
| Logging, with a reason on every lead that didn't fit | same day, every touch |
| Show rate on your bookings | 70%+ |
| Time on the phones, from the dialer log | about 75% of your shift |
Contractor, paid twice a month in USDC or USDT.
Earned week by week by staying inside the first three KPIs. A week outside them pays no base for that week. Two weeks in a row outside them and we part ways.
| You booked it, confirmed it, the lead fit, and the meeting happened | $35 |
| They booked themselves from the email, you confirmed them, they showed | $15 |
| For a client that pays per lead, not per meeting: a lead you qualified and passed over | $20 |
| A meeting you set turns into a signed deal for our client | +$50 |
| A booking that doesn't fit the client | $0 |
A meeting counts as yours when you actually spoke to that person before it (a real call, 60 seconds or more). I listen to the meeting recordings, so a booking that didn't fit earns nothing. That keeps everyone booking real meetings, not random ones.
If a client credits a meeting back within 30 days because the lead didn't fit or didn't show, that commission comes off your next payout. Do the job properly and this never happens.
OTE = base + the commission you earn when you hit target. It's not a guarantee and it's not a cap: below target you earn less, above it you earn more.
A full desk is what 20 hours a week can really handle: about 13 positive replies a day (around 280 a month), plus the objections, questions, confirmations and no-shows that come with them. That's roughly 12 clients. Worked well, it turns into about 80 held meetings a month.
| Base | $600 |
| 27 held x $35 | $945 |
| 5 confirm-only x $15 | $75 |
| 10 records x $20 | $200 |
| 6 signed deals x $50 | $300 |
About 40% of a full desk. This is where you start.
| Base | $600 |
| 69 held x $35 | $2,415 |
| 12 confirm-only x $15 | $180 |
| 10 records x $20 | $200 |
| 16 signed deals x $50 | $800 |
About $50,000 a year, for 20 hours a week.
$1,200 base ($1,500 after 90 days) plus commission on about 165 held meetings a month. Around $8,500 to $8,900.
Volume moves: a client can leave, a campaign can slow down.
Part-time, inside the KPIs all month. Starts at today's volume.
Each step is earned on results, not time served.
Part of it is a mock call: I play someone who replied to an email and you book me.
On real leads, paid the same day.
Week 1 training, week 2 live.
